Hurricane Tape? Who Knew
Seems like everybody’s hurricane preparedness kit recommendations call for duct tape as the everything-preparedness-fix all.
Turns out there actually is a tape called “Hurricane Tape”, and it’s not duct tape at all.
It uses a tightly woven polyethylene fabric to give it strength and an acrylic rather than natural rubber adhesive which is said to give it geatere ability to stick in cold or wet conditions.
