Boston police suspect fraternity hazing after finding five shivering students in their underwear, bound with duct tape, in the basement of an Ashford Street house.
The students, believed to be members of Boston University’s Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, were covered with mustard, hot sauce and honey.
