The Florida Wildlife Commission is investigating a new themed birthday party concept that involves swimming with a live alligator in your own swimming pool.

The company that produces the parties, Alligator Attractions, closes up the gator’s mouth with gaffers tape and then puts it in the pool with the party attendees, children included.
