Police in four Washington state municipalities are teaming up to try to catch a bank robber that they have dubbed “the duct tape bandit”.
He has earned that nickname because he attempts to disguise himself by wearing black duct tape across his face.
So far, he has robbed four banks and assaulted a bank employee and a customer.
