Kinky Vocals Saved With Gaffers Tape
UK gossip site OMG has revealed that Kinks singer Ray Davies had to use gaffers tape as a last minute fix, seconds before his appearance in the closing ceremonies of the London Olympics.
Davies told OMG that his microphone broke as he was entering the stadium for the band’s performance and that gaffers tape saved the day.
