“Genius Of Everyday Things” Exhibit Features Tape

tape from thetapeworks.comAn exhibit at the Science Museum in London features items we use and take for granted every day.

Included are items Lego blocks, corkscrews and  umbrellas.

One of the items included in the exhibit is adhesive tape.  It includes the development of the Post It note and features the development of the “slightly” sticky adhesive that makes the paper notes work so well.  They note that this invention came from the failure  to create an adhesive for a “super sticky” tape.
