A suspicious looking device taped to an overpass railing on Atlanta’s Downtown Connector caused police to close the highway for two hours while the bomb squad detonated the device.

No one was sure what was taped to the bridge, but drivers caught in an hours-long traffic tie up spent the afternoon clogging alternate routes through town.
