CSI Duct Tape-Police Solve Sticky Crime
Toronto police used surveillance camera video and fingerprints lifted from duct tape to in efforts to solve a vandalism crime.
A war memorial near a Toronto school was defaced with blue duct tape and vandalized in other ways by what appears on the video to be four vandals.
Police report that damage to the memorial was estimated at $2000.
