This Gaffers Tape Use Is Definitely “Unapproved”
Lots of public facilities require that any tape used in their buildings be gaffers tape, since it can be removed from floors and walls without damaging finishes or leaving sticky residue.
This use, in a Melbourne, Australia hospital, is definitely not approved.
Apparently gaffers tape was used to cover up the detector in smoke alarms in the hospital’s sleep clinic!
