As a seller of gaffers tape, we were not too happy to hear bout Blair Smith’s new invention for keeping rugby players shoes tied.

Blair, an 8 year old, has come up with an elastic band that keeps his shoes tied and lasts for a full season.

Fortunately, Blair lives in Timaru where we currently have no gaffers tape customers. Hope he isn’t granted an export license.
