Sporting a look heretofore known only to broke college students, presidential candidate Jeb Bush appeared at a New Hampshire rally on Sunday with his shoe sole (black) held together with a piece of grey gaffers tape. It is easy to see how this sad image could be a metaphor for the impending end of Bush’s presidential hopes, but the fact that no one in his campaign suggested that he at least use black tape probably means that he doesn’t have the kind of team that could ever help him get the nomination anyway.
