Louisiana Teen Starts Business With “Sole”
Garret Sherman, a ninth grader from Louisiana, has turned a church craft project into a budding business.
The duct tape cobbler is making shoes from the sticky stuff and has orders for more than 30 pair. He’s already earned more than $400, turning out a couple of pairs a week in his spare time.
Garrett has already come up with almost 20 different designs using tape with bright colors and patterns and and he sees no limit to the possibilities.
